Mood : Shiroki Yuutsu(White Melancholy)

Jam 12.45 pagi, aku baru je balik lepak2 ngan member disebabkan tgh bosan sbb tak tau nak wat ape mlm minggu ni. Asalnya ada yg lenlain nak melepak gak,tp last-last seko haram x datang,tggl ktorang berdua jer berdating malam nih....huhuhu..xper laa kan,bukan slalu dpt chance camtuh..

Sunyi sepi dah kat umah aku ni,tp mate ni tak reti-reti nak ngantuk.Tepon ayang kejap td,saje je nak lepas rindu kat org yg kena posting kat Hospital Tampoi tuh...huhuhu,berjauhan kejap. Sambil2 aku menulis nih,layan jiwa dengar album baru The Gazette - DIM nih,sambil mendonlot PV Invisible Wall yang jugak part of the album. Seems like i can't get enough of this band,every time new album kuar, kematangan Ruki and the band semakin menyerlah. Sejak last album Stacked Rubbish, aku really anticipated for the release of this album. Just ordered the album,so tak tau lagi bila boleh sampai kat umah,wat masa ni,dengar versi download dulu la.eheheh,aku baikk,donlot2 pun,still beli album to support this artist.

Antara lagu adalah dari heavy-metal Headache Man,A Moth Under the Skin kepada lagu-lagu mellow,emotional mcm Shiroki Yuutsu,Nakigahara,Dim Scene ngan Guren(personally aku suka yg mellow2 nih,walaupun yg hard metal pun best jugak). Walaupun perbezaan tempoh antara Album Stacked Rubbish ngan DIM ni cuma 2 tahun,terdapat byk perbezaan dalam isi kandungan album,seolah2 dua perkara yg amat berbeza,walaupun pada asasnya masih tidak berubah. Macam 2 side of a coin, album Stacked Rubbish lebih kepada in-your-face attitude,flashy, album DIM ni lebih kepada darker side,colder, and dominated by a graver emotional heaviness and cynicism that shifts the tone in a direction that gives off a strong statement.Mendengar album ni seolah-olah seperti berjalan di dalam sebuah hutan berkabus,gelap,sejuk dan cahaya matahari hanya samar2.

Kematangan band ni terserlah dari segi penulisan lirik oleh Ruki(vocalist),di mana terdapat byk makna tersirat,di samping permainan yang cantik oleh Uruha dan Aoi,dari lagu slow ke lagu rancak,kedua2 pemain gitar ni dpt syncronizekan permainan mereka dgn baik sekali,personally mereka berdua ni adalah favorite guitar duo yang aku suka,selain Hizaki dan Teru (versailles).Walaupun dari segi sifat personaliti dorang ni berbeza,tapi permainan dorang ni bagi aku unik,natural and amazing.

All of the members seem to have stepped up their game and taken things to a new level on 'DIM', challenging themselves to use new, harder techniques to refine their sound. It's wonderful and sounds incredible in the recording, but realistically it means certain songs will be extremely difficult for them to perform live, however they seem to realize this as they've mentioned it in interviews so I guess they've been practicing a lot and feel confident enough to handle it. ^_^ *sigh* What I'd give to see them play this album live...I suppose I'll just have to wait for the dvd.
